Tell Delaware's Dept. of Education: Stop Regulation 225!

The Delaware government is considering a dangerous school policy known as Regulation 225. It was initially intended to support trans youth, But after pressure from anti-trans groups, the Department of Education rewrote it.
And now Regulation 225 could make it harder than ever for trans kids to get the support they need. The rewritten proposal sends the dangerous message that it's okay for schools to discriminate against trans youth. In many cases, it even makes it impossible for teachers to support and protect their trans students.
The state is taking comments from the general public on this policy until July 6, whether or not you live in Delaware.
Submit your comment now and encourage the Department of Education to withdraw this harmful regulation!
You can (but don’t have to) add a personal story to the comment—especially if you are a trans student or the loved one of a trans student. If you do, please keep in mind that your comments may be made public, so you should not include any confidential information.
