Community Call: Delaware's Regulation 225
Regulation 225 started out as a policy that was supposed to help transgender students, but after anti-trans groups stormed in and pressured the governor, it was gutted and transformed into a policy that could actually harm many trans kids.
Many of us are feeling angry, worried, and confused about what Regulation 225 means for us or our families.
Join the National Center for Transgender Equality, Equality Delaware, and the Human Rights Campaign for a community call where you can learn more about what Regulation 225 now does and what we can do to stop it.
If you're a Delaware resident, please join us on Thursday at 7pm. We will email you information for how to join the call once you RSVP.
Speakers:
- Sarah McBride, National Press Secretary, Human Rights Campaign
- DeShanna Neal, Family Organizer, National Center for Transgender Equality
- Mark Pupura, Executive Director, Equality Delaware
